We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. To protect your account, we recommend that you do not share your account information with others. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss due to your negligence. Please note that our staff will never request your account password.
Account Suspension & Violations
Users are allowed to create more than one account if they are using our exchange systems on multiple devices. However, abuse of our referral program or free minutes is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts, blacklisting of your pages, or both. Please use our services responsibly and in accordance with our terms and conditions.
We will block personal domain e-mail if it is used to create multiple account / spam accounts.
We reserve the right to permanently suspend the account if the user is proven to have intentionally cheated on the referral feature.
We will permanently suspend accounts for any user who cheats on the available services.
CustomHits holds the right to terminate an account if we imagine a breach of our Terms of Service without warning.
Account Suspension & Violations
CustomHits acts as a facilitator of advertising and promotion exchange and does not directly sell or provide website traffic. Our system enables users to submit their pages and earn credits by viewing other members' websites. These credits are then used to promote the users' submitted pages to other users within the exchange system.
CustomHits acts as an intermediary platform and cannot be held liable for any content displayed through the exchange system. All content submitted to the system is the sole responsibility of the user who submitted it.
Pages containing any of the following may not be submitted and may result in account suspension:
- Explicit Adult Content. We permit websites featuring non-explicit adult products (e.g., lubricants, oils). However, we strictly prohibit explicit or graphic adult content, including but not limited to pornographic imagery or text
- Malicious Intent. Any activities intended to cause harm, such as spreading malware, phishing, or other fraudulent practices, are strictly prohibited.
- File Downloads. Websites that automatically initiate downloads without user consent are not permitted. All downloads must be legal and clearly labeled.
- Pop-ups / Pop-unders. Websites using pop-up/pop-under advertising are not allowed. Ads should not disrupt the user experience or contain misleading content.
- Hateful Content. Content promoting hate, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other identity is strictly forbidden.
We reserve the right to stop any action you take if our crawler deems your action to be illegal.
As a visitor exchange platform, CustomHits is not responsible for the content displayed in the exchange system. Users are solely responsible for any content they submit to the system.
You can share your CustomHits referral link on your webpage(s), blog, social media, or any traffic source.
You will only earn rewards for 'active' referrals. An 'activate' referral is a member who joins using your referral link who views at least 50 pages in the exchange (Roughly 1 hour of activity).
For each active referral you will earn:
- 30 Minutes of free traffic
- Commission on all purchases they make for life (Up to 20% depending on membership level)
Upon requesting a withdrawal, all earnings will be verified to ensure no abuse or misuse of our affiliate system has occurred.
We understand and allow multiple accounts per user, and it is recognized that you may have invited friends or family. Rest assured that you will not be penalized for such activities. However, for reasons pertaining to fraud prevention, safety, and security, we will be conducting thorough checks. Any abnormal payment behaviour, including but not limited to fraudulent payment attempts and high chargeback rates, will be closely investigated.
To be eligible for a withdrawal, the following criteria must be met:
- Membership Duration: You must have been a member of CustomHits for at least 14 days.
- Active Referrals: You must have at least 10 active referrals. (See above definition of an active referral)
- Minimum Earnings: You must have earned at least $50.
Please note that these requirements are implemented to maintain a fair and secure platform for all our members.
In all matters concerning the withdrawal of earnings, our decision will be considered final. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these conditions to ensure the continued success and fairness of our affiliate program.
You are prohibited from tricking or registering a fake account with your referral code, we have systems in place that monitor fake activity. Affiliate violations will result in account termination.
CustomHits cannot be held liable for any content shown through the Visitor Exchange system.
Please use the report feature on the surf pages to flag pages breaking our ToS. All reports are manually checked.
Just upgraded and realised VIP isn't for you? No worries, these things happen. If you let us know you are unhappy with your upgrade within 5 days of upgrading we will cancel your subscription and refund your payment, no questions asked.
As Minutes are the credits we use to fund services provided by CustomHits, we generally do not issue refunds once the Minutes have been used. However, under certain exceptional circumstances outlined below, a refund request may be considered.
We realize that exceptional circumstances can occur with regard to the type of the product or service we supply. Refunds for additional Minutes purchased through CustomHits will only be considered for a refund if any of the following conditions apply:
- Major technical defects: We perform regular system tests but unexpected errors may occur. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint email or any other notification provided by a customer. OR, at customer's choice, replacement of the Minutes purchased.
- Please allow 48-72 hours not including weekends for us to get back to you regarding the problem.
Requests for a refund are accepted at https://customhits.net/?page=contact within the period of 7 calendar days after the order is placed. Please accompany your refund request with any details applicable to the reasons why you are applying for a refund. All refunds will only be issued to the transaction ID related to the sale on CustomHits.
To ensure the quality of our service, CustomHits reserves the right to update our software at any time without prior notice to users.
